What are “overstock’” and “open-box” designs? 

Overstock designs are brand-new pieces offered at a reduced price. 

Open-box designs are returned pieces looking for a second life, offered at a reduced price. 

What are the condition categories of designs at the EQ3 Outlet? 

Brand New – Overstock items that are brand new in the box

Excellent – Designs that are brand-new or contain very subtle to no wear.  

Good – Designs that show minor signs of wear but are in good condition.  

Fair – Designs that show moderate signs of wear that are noticeable, but pieces are still functional and have a lot of life in them. 

How do I know the condition will be accurately defined? 

We pride ourselves on being transparent of our designs.  

We’ve carefully assessed the condition of our designs and written honest, detailed product descriptions that capture their current state. 

Upon picking up your piece(s), you will be asked to sign off on its condition, if you feel the condition did not meet your expectations, you will receive a full refund. 

Being that our EQ3 Outlet designs are final sale once accepted, we recommend you physically see the pieces before taking them home. 

Pickup

Why does EQ3 outlet encourage ordering online, and picking up in person?

Being that many of our EQ3 Outlet designs are in single or small quantities, ordering online ensures that the piece(s) you're interested in are reserved for you.  

If the piece(s) you are interested in are at one of our warehouses, you will have to place your order online first as our warehouse team needs time to locate and prepare your order. 

Upon picking up your piece(s), if you’re satisfied with the condition, you will be asked to sign off on its condition.  

Should any of the piece(s) you have reserved not meet your expectations, you can reject the order and receive a full refund. 

How does pickup work?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to schedule your pickup. 

You will be able to book a time to pick up your design(s) through the link provided in the confirmation email. 

You will pick up your piece(s) at one of our warehouses or outlet locations, which are close to most city centers and surrounding neighbourhoods. 

How can I explore where EQ3 Outlet designs are located? 

On EQ3 Outlet online you can filter by location to view the available clearance designs.  

Plus, every product description will tell you which warehouse the design is available in.  

Can I come in-store to browse designs, without placing an order online first? 

You can come to browse designs at all physical EQ3 locations, with the exception of our warehouses.  

If the piece(s) you are interested in are at one of our warehouses, you will have to place your order online first. This is because the warehouse team needs time to locate and prepare your order. 

Can I buy EQ3 Outlet designs online, not come in-store or to the warehouse, but have them shipped to me? 

Delivery orders are final sale as all piece(s) need to be accepted to schedule shipping and delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is considered a final sale. Delivery fees are non-refundable. 

Being that our EQ3 Outlet designs are final sale once accepted, we recommend you physically see the pieces before taking them home. 

What if I haven’t received confirmation for pick up after my purchase? 

If you do not receive an update within one week of placing your order, please accept our apologies for the delay. We strive to provide updates within 7 business days of your purchase. 

If you have not heard from us by then, please email us at EQ3@outlet.eq3.com with your order number. Our team will promptly respond and investigate any potential delays.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

If you do not pick up your designs within 10 days after purchase, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.

Can I change my scheduled date & time for pick up? 

Yes, you can reschedule your pickup time.  

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email, contact eq3@withplenish.com, or call the pickup location and our team will be happy to assist you. Please refer to the location’s business hours and contact information on Google. 

How long do I have to pick up my order?

After you receive the order confirmation, we will hold your order for up to 10 days for pickup.  

Please note that some clearance locations (such as our warehouses) are not open on weekends. Please refer to the location’s business hours.

Delivery

Is shipping available for EQ3 Outlet designs? 

All EQ3 outlet pieces are available for shipping if your preferred shipping address is within our shipping areas. You can verify your eligibility and the delivery costs to your preferred shipping address at checkout. 

Delivery orders are final sale as all piece(s) need to be accepted to schedule shipping and delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is considered a final sale. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Can you ship EQ3 Outlet designs to my home? 

Shipping is available in selected areas. You can verify your eligibility and the delivery costs to your preferred shipping address at checkout.  

Once your order is placed, you will be sent an email to accept the order. After acceptance, your design(s) will be shipped to you. A detailed order confirmation email will guide you through the process.
